Flat gaskets
A flat ring is a gasket with two parallel faces that, when compressed between two fixed parts related to each other, ensures sealing between the inner and outer environments.
V-ring
A V-Ring is a rubber gasket, consisting of a single lip, that is mounted by tension on a shaft where it provides axial sealing.
Machined gaskets
To subject a piece to the action of one or more machine-tools, primarily in cases where this action involves material removal.
